Search and shortlist
Filter by subject, exam, class level, area and rate. Browse profiles, read reviews, and shortlist 2–3 tutors.

Choose how to hire
On a tutor's profile, pick Hire through IlmGhar (managed: secured payments, pay-per-lesson, reviews and dispute protection) or Hire directly (we just relay your message — you arrange everything yourselves).

Send your message
Either way, write what you need — subject(s), preferred days and times, online or at home — plus a free message. It lands in the tutor's inbox and the tutor has 48 hours to respond. You can keep chatting in your inbox.

Pay through IlmGhar (managed)
For managed hires you pay IlmGhar via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, bank, or cash — and only for the lessons you actually take.

Lessons run
Each lesson auto-completes 48 hours after it finishes. If something went wrong, dispute it within that window and our admin reviews it.

Reviews & protection
Rate your tutor after lessons. You stay protected the whole time — undelivered lessons are refunded, and the tutor is only paid for lessons taken.

What's the difference between hiring directly and through IlmGhar?
Hiring through IlmGhar is fully managed: secured payments, you pay only for lessons taken, the ability to leave reviews, and dispute protection. Hiring directly just sends your message to the tutor's inbox so you can arrange lessons and payment yourselves — there's no payment protection or reviews.
How are tutors verified?
We authenticate each tutor's degree with manual review and AI-based document checks, and we verify their CNIC. Only approved tutors appear in search results.
What if the tutor doesn't show up?
On a managed hire, dispute the lesson within 48 hours. Our admin reviews disputes and decides whether the lesson is paid or refunded.
Do I pay upfront for the whole month?
No. On a managed hire you only pay for the lessons you actually take. If you stop early, the tutor is paid for the lessons delivered and the rest is refunded — so you're never locked in.
